Listen as Nancy and Ethan discuss the importance of exercise, functional movements, the importance of rest, and high intensity interval training. Often times peoples recovery after injuries are dependent on physical therapy, and a way to minimize the possibility of injury are what Ethan refers to as "prehab". Ethan is one of the personal trainers at Sport Fit in Westlake Village, CA. "Sitting is the new smoking!"
